With the autumn sun in full effect, we strapped up and headed towards Molden. After some huffing and puffing + a tiny bit of sweat, we arrived at the idyllic viewpoint Svarthiller. A magnificent view out over the fjord and mountains. Perfect spot to start with some filming.

Hornindal Rundt
In mud and rain we strolled our way up the mountaintops to capture the mountain race Hornindal Rundt. The race consisted of an extreme 75 km spread over 6 mountaintops and 5600 height meters. To cover such great distances we stationed multiple drone and handheld teams throughout the entire track that moved dynamically as the race went on.
Bellow you can check out a small cut from NRK featuring out clips from the day and a few behind the scenes pictures.
3 words to describe this week’s film shoot for Bergans: Fjords, mountains, and sunset!
Not too long after we started walking we stumbled upon an amazing viewpoint looking out over Aurlandsfjorden all the way to Flom. We were not the only one attracted to this place that day, as the place was flooded with paragliders that flew over the edge all day long. Therefore, we had to strap up and head further upwards. There we found the perfect spot.
As we found our spot the weather started clogging up and we lost the sun. As optimistic as we were we waited and waited, but no sun reappeared. The next day we tried again and this time, the sun was shining strong!

Hammock by the fjord
Summer is in full effect which for us means more time produce. Yesterday we filmed a Bergans weather spot for TV2. The film shoot took us over the fjord by ferry and onwards to Kroken. There we found the most idyllic pasture right by the fjord, with sprouting flowers, tall grass all around with the most peculiar pebble road cutting straight trough.

This week we shot yet another Bergans weather spot for TV2 weather. This time, we didn’t have to look further than our beautiful Sogndalsfjøra to find the perfect spot for an idyllic summer scene. The grass was that knee level, the flowers were blooming and the sun shining all day. Summer is certainly not far away!

Camping at Kaupangerholten
This week we went a trip to Kaupangerholten to shoot another Bergans weather spot for Norwegian TV2.
This time for a tent and two backpacks in magnificent nature. It’s pretty awesome to say that we have this kind of locations a mere 10-20 min away from our office. With access to the key for a turnpike, we were able to drive just next to the camping spot, leaving us with only about a 100m walk left.
For this job the RED Epic was just the right camera for the job, (especially combined with our camera slider) to capture the nature in its true pristine state.

From the top of Togga
Sunny weather means we’re out grabbing the opportunity to get some sweet shots. This weekend was no exception. We went to the top of the mountain Togga in Sogndalsdalen to put our new RED Scarlet-W to the test, and it deliver well!
The shots are to be used in next seasons grand commercial for Bergans clothing line, shot in true Visit Norway style.
Vetvika in the spotlight
Beautiful mountain top stretching over the beach on the west coast of Norway was what we were looking for when planning the next Bergans weather spot for TV2. We ended up in Bremanger, more specifically Vetvika.
It is to be seen on TV very soon. To find the clothes featured in this spot, follow the links bellow.

Filmshoot in Myrkdalen
The last days we had a trip to Myrkdalen ski resort where we were set out to film both a commercial and a weather spot to be sent on Norwegian broadcaster TV2 for a clothing line from Bergans of Norway.
The sun was shining all day long with little to no clouds in the skies, so we couldn’t have asked for better weather!
